Shipping
Heavenly Couture is able to ship to virtually any address in the world. Note
that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be
shipped to international destinations.
Orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground unless otherwise
requested by the customer. Three day select, Second Day
Air, Overnight Air, USPS (United
States Postal Service) Express and other
means of international delivery services are also available upon request.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you
based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may
appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping
rates for many items we sell are weight-based. All weights will be rounded up
to the next full pound.
Pricing
Because of our produces being custom made, industry trends, raw material
variability, pricing and availability on all items are subject to change.
Discontinuation, without prior notice may accrue at any time. Current pricing
is available on this website or by contacting us and requesting current
pricing.
Color Variance
Colors vary based on raw materials, monitor calibration, and ambient
lighting. The color descriptions on this website or in print are
representative, but may not be an exact match to the color of the style
received.
Returns
Heavenly Couture wants our partners and customers to be entirely satisfied with
their purchase and strive to provide high quality and uniquely designed
millinery and accessory products. Due to the custom nature of our
products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for shipped items. Sales
are final and non-refundable or returnable.
If an item is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement. To
notify us of a damaged item received, you may contact us, or simply login to your
account, view the order using the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via
e-mail when you can expect to receive the replacement item once we've received
the damaged product.

Heavenly Couture reserves the right
